A Florida woman is facing charges after police said she was in a hit-and-run crash while DUI, then became uncooperative with officers.

WARRINGTON, PA — A Florida woman is facing charges after police said she was in a hit-and-run crash while intoxicated Saturday, then became uncooperative with officers.
According to police, Donna Gardiner, 65, of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, was seen switching seats with a passenger in the parking lot of the Warrington Plaza Shopping Center.
Police said when they approached her she was uncooperative. She kicked an officer, spat and kicked the inside of the police car, and was verbally abusive to the officers, Warrington police said.

She allegedly refused to be fingerprinted, and soon after was arraigned before the on-call Magisterial District Judge.
She was remanded to the Bucks Co. Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail. She remained in jail through Tuesday, when she posted bail.

Her preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 31.
