Working Pennsylvanians Tax Credit Available for (Some) PA Individual Tax Filers
State-level credit allowing Pennsylvania workers to claim a 10% credit of their federal EITC on their state tax return
Tax season is still a few months away but I wanted to bring your attention to a new Pennsylvania tax credit that will go into effect for your 2025 tax returns.
If you qualify to claim the Earned Income Tax Credit on your federal tax return, don't forget to claim the new "Working Pennsylvanians Tax Credit" on your 2025 PA individual tax return! You will be eligible for up to a 10% PA tax credit of the total federal tax credit.
