• New traffic pattern to start in East Stroudsburg for I-80 expansion project (wnep.com) — Drivers in East Stroudsburg should prepare for a new I-80 traffic pattern starting Wednesday, as PennDOT shifts eastbound, then westbound lanes to advance the long-running expansion project. Crews will be installing beams on the Prospect Street Bridge, replacing the Lincoln Avenue overpass, and adding roundabouts and signal upgrades on nearby surface streets, so expect changing patterns and reduced speeds for some time.
