Book Sale, Christmas Carol This Week in Easton

Hello everyone. It's the start of a new week, so let's take a look at what's happening in Easton over the next few days. 

1. Easton City Council meets Wednesday at 6 p.m. at city hall.

2. Are you a fan of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol? The State Theatre presents a musical version Thursday evening at 7:30.

3. The Easton Area Public Library's holiday book sale continues this week, with half-price day Monday and bag day on Tuesday.

4. Two Rivers Brewing will close out its first year in business with the Hog Holiday Beer Dinner, an all-pork dinner, Wednesday at 7 p.m.

5. Several Easton Area schools hold holiday concerts this week. There's the March elementary vocal concert Monday at 7 p.m., concerts at Forks and Tracy schools Tuesday at 7 p.m., the high school winter choral concert Wednesday at 7 p.m., the middle school fifth/sixth grade chorus and sixth grade orchestra concert Thursday at 6 p.m. and Shawnee's concert Friday at 7 p.m.
