Easton Man Bit Girlfriend's Breast, Police Say

An Easton man is accused of choking his girlfriend then ripping her shirt and biting her right breast, court records say.

Jorge Mario Duque-Tejada, 24, of 47 S. Mulberry St., was charged with indedent assault, simple assault and harassment by physical contact.

The records say police got involved around 9:40 Sunday night after a report that a woman was crying for help on the 100 block of S. 10th Street.

The woman told police what Duque-Tejada allegedly did to her:

He choked her, released her throat, then grabbed her shirt and ripped it, exposing a breast. He grabbed her right breast and bit down on it. Police said teeth marks and bruising on the skin were visible.

Duque-Tejada was arraigned at 2:05am Monday by on-duty District Judge Robert Hawke of Lehigh Township and committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $30,000 bail.
