Easton Police Officer Retires After 26 Years Of Service
Sergeant Sal Cucciuffo has retired after 26 years of service.

EASTON, PA - After 26 years of dedicated service with the City of Easton Police Department, Sergeant Sal Cucciuffo has retired.
Sergeant Cucciuffo began his career with the department as a patrol officer in September 1996. He quickly rose through the ranks, earning a promotion to detective in 2005 and working in the Criminal Investigation Division. In 2009, he was promoted again, this time to Sergeant and became a first-line supervisor in the Patrol Division for almost 13 years.
During his tenure with the department, Sergeant Cucciuffo always went above and beyond the call of duty. He worked extra duty assignments, often on weekends, holidays, and nights, to ensure the safety of Easton's residents. He was also heavily involved in traffic and DUI enforcement, as well as an active member of the department's bike unit.

Sergeant Cucciuffo received numerous awards and commendations for his outstanding service and commitment to his community, the department said in announcing his retirement.
"With our gratitude, thank you Sergeant Cucciuffo for your 26 years of dedicated service," said the department in a statement. "He will be missed by all who know him, and we wish him all the best in his retirement."
