‘Graze Craze’ Charcuterie Shop Expanding To The Lehigh Valley

WEST ALLENTOWN, PA — Graze Craze, a business founded in 2015 that offers customizable charcuterie boards and grab-and-go snacks, is opening a Lehigh Valley location.

Graze Graze, which sells a wide range of "graze" boards for both vegetarians and meat eaters alike, will be opening in West Allentown on Broadway Road. The new store will be located in the former Kumon Reading and Math Center in Tilghman Square,WFMZ reports.

According to information from the company, Graze Craze snacks are made with high-quality ingredients, and many are gluten-free, vegan and organic.

The founders of Graze Craze say they launched the business after recognizing that many snacks on the market are filled with unhealthy ingredients such as sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats.
