Halloween Parade Returns to Easton Oct. 27

After taking last year off due to Superstorm Sandy, the Great Halloween Parade of Phillipsburg/Easton returns next month.

The parade will take costumed kids, marching bands and local civic organizations through Phillipsburg and into Easton Oct. 27 at 3 p.m.

Last year, the parade was cancelled for the first time in its roughly 30 year history due to a combination of fuel shortages in New Jersey and scarce public safety resources in Pennsylvania following Superstorm Sandy.
