Ichiban Express Brings Sushi to South Side

In the mood for sushi?

You might want to head to Easton's South Side, where you'll find Ichiban Express tucked between two chain restraunts in a Philadelphia Road shopping center.

The pan-Asian cuisine eatery offers take-out and eat-in service seven days a week, with a menu featuring teriyaki and hibachi dishes, as well as sushi.

There's 20 different varities of sushi, including the "Easton roll," which includes baked salmon and avocado.

Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
