Man Tried to Lure Two Girls, Police Say

Easton police are looking for a man who tried to two girls to go with him Tuesday afternoon on Northampton Street.

According to police, the man approached the girls in the 600 block of Northampton Street around 4 p.m. and asked them to go with him. They refused, and he ran off.

Police said the man was white, with red hair and light facial hair. He's 6 feet tall and thin, and was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and black backpack. Anyone with information should call Det. Darren Snyder at 610-250-6637.

Last month, police in Wilson and Easton reported a number of luring attempts involving adult men and girls.
