Free Seminar: Be Physically and Financially Fierce

• Dr. Nicole Muschett is a chiropractic physician in Allentown. She has been in practice for over 14 years. She will be discussing ways to keep your body fit and fabulous as you get older.

• Kim Fallon is an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with 25 years of physical fitness and weight management experience. Kim is excited to demonstrate and teach you key exercises that you can do at home with no equipment.

• Jacqueline Nonnemacher is a franchise owner and financial advisor in Allentown. She will be talking about how applying four key principles can help you achieve more confidence in retirement.
