• Luzerne County Flood Protection Authority to interview for new chief (citizensvoice.com) — Exeter homeowners along the Susquehanna remain covered by the Luzerne County levee system, and the authority has decided not to raise protection fees for 2026. Officials are also interviewing candidates for a new executive director to oversee the 16-mile flood barrier protecting more than 14,000 properties.
