Forest Hills Rotarian Wins Award

Service award goes to longtime member Tom Nunnally.

Forest Hills Rotarian Tom Nunnally recently won the Service Above Self Award for helping friends and neighbors in need.

About 150 Rotarians receive the award each year, as winners are determined by the national board of directors.

Nunnally has been a Rotarian for 32 years and has worked to establish Pure Water for All, a program that creates water filtration projects in Honduras and Haiti. He has served on the board of the Braddock Carnegie Library and the Braddock Economic Development Corporation, traveled to Biloxi two times to help rebuild houses for seniors after Hurricane Katrina and has been a driver for the Flivver in Forest Hills for several years.
