Glass Artist Holds Opening at Cafe Dez Artz

Davis is a self-taught master glass mosaic artist who has been peppering Pittsburgh with color and light for 18 years. She works with 100 percent salvaged stained glass and mirror scrap to create unique, colorful mosaics.

The event will be held at 3 p.m. this Sunday at the cafe, located at 1701 Monongahela Ave.

Davis’ work can bee seen at the Pittsburgh International Airport, the East Liberty branch of the Carnegie Library, the in , the Allegheny County Children and Family Court, the Pittsburgh Glass Center, and the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
