Ramp to Parkway East Closing Overnight
The northbound South Braddock Avenue on-ramp to inbound Parkway East overnight closures begin Monday.

The ramp from northbound South Braddock Avenue to the westbound (inbound) Parkway East (I-376) in Edgewood and Swissvale boroughs will be closed nightly beginning on Monday, April 29, weather permitting.Â
The ramp closure will occur from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Thursday nights and from 9 p.m. to 10 a.m. Friday and Saturday nights.
Work will continue through May 10. Signs will be posted to guide motorists.

The on-ramp to the inbound Parkway East from southbound South Braddock Avenue will remain open.

Please allow extra time when traveling through the area and consider alternate routes.
Crews will be replacing expansion dams. The work is part of the $49.5 million Squirrel Hill Tunnel rehabilitation project. Overall work will conclude in summer 2014. The prime contractor is the Walsh Construction Company of Canonsburg.
