Recipe of the Week: Crispy Parmesan Fish
This is a delicious recipe that takes just 20 minutes to prepare.

I am always looking for new ways to eat healthy without losing my mind. Dieting just does not work because it always ends up in depriving yourself of everything you want and then breaking down later only to order a pizza.
The key is finding healthy foods that taste great, don't consist of salads for every meal, and never leave you wanting more.
Here's a great recipe for dinner any day of the week. It's from the "Eat What You Love" cookbook by Marlene Koch, which has been getting a lot of use in our kitchen lately!

You can choose any white fish for this recipe. I prefer Cod and it works out great!
