will observe a special Veteran's Day prayer service at 1 p.m. Friday in St. Maurice Church. St. Maurice Church is located at 2001 Ardmore Blvd. The prayer service is in honor of St. Maurice families and parishioners of all who have served and are continuing to serve our country. Veterans and their families are invited to attend a special reception after the service in the school cafeteria.  Other activities planned in honor of veterans include:  <ul> <li>Students sending cards to all veterans</li> <li>Making posters for the week with photos and names of veterans that will be displayed in the back of the church </li> <li>Wearing a patriotic shirt or a red, white and blue one </li> <li>Boy Scouts will wear uniforms and serve the guest after the service.</li> </ul> For further information about the Veterans Day Ceremony, call 412-351-5403.
