• Frackville Woman Charged After Alleged DUI, Police Pursuit Through Pottsville (skooknews.com) — A woman from Frackville is facing DUI and related charges after Pottsville police say she led officers on a high‑speed pursuit through city streets earlier this month. Officers report she drove well over the speed limit, ignored stop signs, and crossed into oncoming traffic before stopping voluntarily, and she allegedly showed signs of alcohol impairment. Charges are filed, but she has not yet been arraigned.
