β€’ Traffic Stops Lead to Drug Charges; Separate Dog Incident Under Investigation in Venango County (explorevenango.com) β€” State police based in Franklin recently handled two drug-related traffic stops and a separate dog attack case elsewhere in Venango County. Troopers say narcotics were found after stops in Irwin Township and Oil City, while a Cranberry Township dog attack that injured a neighbor’s pet is now headed for court review.
