1. What's being built at the corner of Frederick & Centennial in Hanover? (eveningsun.com) — A major corner in downtown Hanover at Frederick Street and Centennial Avenue is being transformed into the four-story Frederick Street Flats, with ground-floor commercial space and 18 modern apartments above. Demolition has begun, but the Hanover Planning Commission has twice tabled final land-development approval over parking details, with a decision expected by late January 2026. Residents can expect at least nine to ten months of construction once plans advance.
