The company is currently mobile, making pizza on location in a wood oven at farmers' markets, festivals, farms and private events.
"We support our local farmers by using as much local produce, meat and cheese as possible--making our pizza simple and delicious!" Viola noted.
In addition to its own pizza, Switchback sells iced tea, cold-brewed iced coffee and single-brewed drip coffee made with beans fresh-roasted by Morghan Rake Coffee Roasters in Gilbert, Monroe County.
"We are available to cater private events in the Mahoning and Lehigh Valleys," Viola said. "We will be adding other market locations in the near future but the Saucon Valley Farmers' Market is our only location at this moment."
