Bank Failed to Keep Home's Lawn Cut, Police Say
Lower Saucon Township Police say Chase Bank was cited for a township ordinance violation.
A bank was cited for a township ordinance violation, after Lower Saucon Township Police say it failed to adequately maintain the lawn of a home it owns at 2077 Schwab Avenue.
In a news release, police said Chase Bank was cited because the grass on the property "did exceed 12 inches within 25 feet of a property line and the roadway, even after notice was given to cut the grass."
Police said the Allentown-based bank was cited June 21.
