Borough Authority Wants Customers' Current Phone Numbers

The Hellertown Borough Authority is requesting that current customers contact its office to update their current phone numbers, if they have not already done so.

The authority is responsible for providing public water and sewer services to the borough and parts of Lower Saucon Township.

An authority representative said recent bills have included a request for customers to update their phone numbers, but some residents have not responded.

"We need the information to update our emergency data in case of water main breaks and so on, if we need to make our Automated Rapid Response phone calls," she said.

Customers may update their information by calling the authority office at 610-838-8051, by mail, or by visiting the office at 501 Durham St., Hellertown, during business hours.

The office is open Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
