All day, Saucon Valley Restaurant Week continues at 12 participating eateries in Hellertown and Lower Saucon Township. Menus are posted online.
7 p.m., Williams Township Fire Co. No. 1 Carnival featuring food, games and rides, 2500 Morgan Hill Road, Easton. The carnival continues through Saturday.
