A Lower Saucon Township man was taken to St. Luke's University Hospital and cited for public drunkenness after police say he was found passed out in the lobby of the township's police headquarters.
In a news release, police said Randy Bond, of the 3200 block of Bingen Road, was discovered "laying on the floor with vomit all over the lobby."
Bond was "extremely intoxicated" and Dewey EMS was summoned to take him to the hospital, police added.
In July, Bond was charged with public drunkenness after police said he pounded on the windows of his mother's home because he was angry about being locked out.
Police said then that Bond ran off when officers arrived at the home and was later found passed out in nearby shrubbery.
