A bus trip to Foxwoods Casino in Ledyard, Conn. will leave from Se-Wy-Co Fire Co., 3621 Old Philadelphia Pike, on Dec. 12 at 7am. The bus will first depart from the parking lot at Wegmans, off Rt. 512 in Hanover Township, at 6:30am. The trip has been organized to benefit local resident Bob Gearhart, who is an active volunteer member of Se-Wy-Co in Lower Saucon Township. Gearhart, 55, is currently in need of a heart transplant and money raised by ticket sales will go into a fund set up for his surgery by the National Transplant Assistance Fund (NTAF). In addition to five hours at the casino and a free buffet lunch, the trip will include bingo, Keno and other games en route. There will also be 50/50 drawings.
