Flint Hill Farm in Upper Saucon Township will host a "Welcome Spring" Open House on Saturday, April 21 and Sunday, April 22, 2012 from 10am to 4pm. The open house will feature horse-drawn hayrides, pony rides, lots of food, games, tours of the farm, a cheese-making demonstration with Chef Eric, a horseshoe demonstration with farrier Pete Sanchez, and much more.
