Lower Saucon Township Police say Trisha Ann Serrao, of the 100 block of Madison Street, Freemansburg, has been charged with theft, receiving stolen property and forgery.

A Freemansburg woman is accused of forging a check in order to steal more than $530 from a Lower Saucon Township man, police announced Thursday.
