The Dewey Fire Co. Carnival in Hellertown continues through Saturday. A fireworks show will be held Friday at 10 p.m. (rain date Saturday at 10 p.m.).
In the midst of a searing heat wave, the annual Dewey Fire Co. Carnival in Hellertown is drawing a crowd each evening after 6 p.m.
Local residents are flocking to the carnival grounds at Dimmick Park to enjoy food, games, rides and the sense of community the event is known for.
The carnival continues through Saturday, with a fireworks show scheduled for Friday night at 10 p.m.
The final wristband night is Thursday night. Attendees who purchase a wristband for $18 can enjoy unlimited rides.
