Heintzelman Sponsoring Workshops for Veterans and Families

Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc. of Hellertown is sponsoring a series of 'We Honor Veterans' interactive workshops that will be led by nationally-recognized author Deborah Grassman on Nov. 11 and 12.

In honor of Veterans Day (Nov. 11) and National Hospice Month, Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc. of Hellertown has announced that it is sponsoring a series of four interactive workshops designed for veterans and their families.

The full-day of workshops will be held Nov. 11 and 12 in the Fowler Blast Furnace Room at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks, 101 Founders Way, in Bethlehem, and will be led by nationally-recognized author and advanced practice registered nurse Deborah Grassman.

The four workshops will be:

  • Wounded Warriors - Their Last Battle
  • Forgiveness - A Pathway to Peace
  • The Hero Within - Redeeming the Destiny We Were Born to Fulfill
  • Peace at Last - Stories of Hope and Healing for Veterans and Their Families

Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the program will end at 4 p.m., both days.

Registration is required, and there is a $10 registration fee.

The workshops are also being presented by St. Luke's Hospice.
