Hellertown Man Graduates from College in Florida
Kevin Boyd of Hellertown recently graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Kevin Boyd of Hellertown was one of 530 students to graduate from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, on Sunday, May 21, the school recently announced.
Boyd received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Environmental Studies with high honors, according to a news release.
Speakers at the commencement ceremony included environmental activist Bill McKibben and Pixar/Walt Disney Imagineering executive John Lasseter, both of whom received honorary doctorate degrees from Eckerd.
