Woman Allegedly Displayed Fraudulent Inspection, Emissions Stickers on Car

On April 5 at 3:50pm police say they stopped Madeline J. Serbia, 34, of the 400 block of Maple Road, Hellertown, for a traffic violation. Police said in a press release that during their investigation of the alleged violation, "it was discovered that (Serbia) had fraudulent inspection and emissions stickers displayed on her vehicle." Serbia has been charged in district court with having Altered, Forged or Counterfeit Documents and Plates, police said.

On June 24 at 1:06am police say they stopped John Anthony Scott, 54, of the 4500 block of Vista Kelly Oaks, Concord, Calif., for traffic violations in the 1500 block of Main Street. Police said they subsequently determined that Scott was driving under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to the Bethlehem DUI Center, where he refused to submit to chemical testing, they said. Scott has since been charged with DUI and summary traffic violations.

Man, Woman Arrested for Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana

On June 28 at 7:59pm police say they stopped a vehicle for multiple traffic violations in the unit block of Hess Avenue. Police said that inside the vehicle were Kristina Fenstermaker, 30, and Thomas Thompson, 34, both of the 1100 block of Main Street, Hellertown. Both Fenstermaker and Thompson were arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana, police said.

Car-Load of People Charged With Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana

On June 29 at 3:51am police say they stopped a vehicle in the 600 block of Main Street. Five people inside the vehicle were subsequently arrested on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. The occupants of the vehicle were identified in a police department press release as: Adam B. Carlson, 25, of the 1000 block of Kingscote Drive, Harleysville; Destiny M. Molina, 18, of the 1000 block of Race Street, Allentown; Brittni R. Scott, 25, of the 1500 block of Blue Church Road, Limeport; Letticia M. Silva, 25, of the 300 block of Lynnwood Street, Allentown; and Richard E. Leaper Jr., 24, of the 200 block of East Summit Avenue, Telford. Police said Scott and Silva were also charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Man on Probation Was in Possession of Synthetic Marijuana, Police Say

On July 2 at 9:56am police say Timmy Hess Swartz, 22, of the 1500 block of Main Street, Hellertown, was walking in the 1700 block of Main Street when he "was visibly under the influence of a controlled substance." Police said in a press release that Swartz "was found to have synthetic marijuana on his person, and found to be on probation for a prior drug offense." Swartz was arrested and committed to Northampton County Prison for a probation violation, police said. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness are to be filed against him in district court, they added.

Teen Girls Fought on Tobias Drive, Police Say

On July 3 at 6:43pm police say they responded to a fight between two girls, ages 16 and 17, in the 500 block of Tobias Drive. Police said both girls were charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, with the charges filed in Northampton County Juvenile Court.

Bucks Man Arrested for Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana

On July 3 at 11:57pm police say Charles Henry Price V, 19, of the 1200 block of Reed Lane, Kintnersville, Bucks County, was stopped for a vehicle violation on Main Street. "Through further investigation Price was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia," police said in a press release. Price faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Vehicle Search Leads to Discovery of Marijuana, Police Say

On July 6 at 1:37am police say they stopped Gina Brianne Nenni, 18, of the 1600 block of Ilona Drive, Hellertown, for a traffic violation at Cherry Lane and Main Street. Police said a later impound inventory of Nenni's vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Nenni was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
