Henry J. Phillippi, 82, of Lower Saucon [Obituary]

Henry J. Phillippi, 82, of Lower Saucon Township, formerly of Hellertown, died Saturday, March 9, 2013 at St. Luke's University Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the husband of the late Rose N. (Peteto) Phillippi. He was born in Bethlehem on Aug. 29, 1930 to the late Harry E. and Theresa (Steixner) Phillippi. He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Henry worked as an assembler for Spirax-Sarco, Allentown for 30 years until retiring in 1992.

SURVIVORS

Loving children: Nancy Anne R. Kern of Allentown, Thomas H. and his wife Lori L. with whom he resided, Mary Rose wife of Gregory S. Heller of Hellertown; two grandchildren: Jennifer Heller and Adam Phillippi. 

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 9 to 10am Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 10am. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
