I-78 Rear-End Crash Injures Woman
Pennsylvania State Police at Belfast say a rear-end collision on I-78 in Lower Saucon Township resulted in a minor injury suffered by a New York woman.
A rear-end collision that occurred on Interstate 78 East at mile marker 64.4 in Lower Saucon Township resulted in a minor injury to a New York state woman, Pennsylvania State Police at Belfast reported in a news release.
According to police, the July 11 accident occurred when Anthony M. Romeo, 55, of Harrisburg, failed to stop as traffic slowed in front of him.
Police said Romeo rear-ended the minivan in which the 20-year-old woman and four other people were traveling.
Romeo was cited for the accident, police said.
