Joyce E. Fulmer, 85, of Hellertown, died Wednesday, April 10, 2013.
Joyce E. Fulmer, 85, of Hellertown, died Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of Howard E. Fulmer. She was born in Hellertown on Aug. 22, 1927 to the late Isabel (Person) Hagey.
SURVIVORS
In addition to her loving husband of 32 years; son: Marty Allen of San Francisco, Calif. She was predeceased by a brother: James.Â
