Leslie D. Musgnung, 95, of Hellertown [Obituary]

Leslie D. Musgnung, 95, of Hellertown, died Monday, Sept. 2, 2013 at the home of his son and daughter-in-law surrounded by his family. He was the husband of the late Julia A. (Long) Musgnung. He was born in Bethlehem on Jan. 21, 1918 to the late Bernard and Helen (Shellenberger) Musgnung. Leslie worked at Bethlehem Steel for 42 years in the Coke Oven Division, until retiring. He was a member of the Church of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, Hellertown. 

SURVIVORS

Loving son: Donald L. and his wife Elizabeth Ann of Hellertown; two granddaughters: Lesley wife of Jonathan Schultz, and Julie Musgnung and Michael Webber; and two great-granddaughters: Brooke and Sarah Schultz. He was predeceased by siblings: Harold Musgnung and Dorothy Kukoda.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at the church, 1408 Easton Road, Hellertown.
