Man Allegedly Fled Officers on Motorcycle

Lower Saucon Township police say a Springfield Township, Bucks County man has been charged with Fleeing and Eluding and multiple traffic offenses as a result of an incident that allegedly occurred on Springtown Hill Road June 15.

In a department press release, police say Daniel James Guerra, of the 2900 block of Grouse Lane, was observed at 11:23am on a motorcycle that was traveling "at a high rate of speed" and passing another vehicle on the wrong side of the road.

"When officers attempted to stop the bike, Guerra continued at a high rate of speed for approximately one mile before stopping," police said.
