Man Arrested for DUI After Police Notice 'Fresh Body Damage'
Hellertown Police say Mark A. Hegedus, of Millville, N.J., was arrested on Main Street Dec. 26.
A Millville, N.J. man was arrested for DUI Dec. 26, after police say an officer observed him driving a Saturn station wagon that appeared to have "fresh body damage."
Police said in a press release that Mark A. Hegedus, of the 400 block of Daffodil Road, was northbound in the 1300 block of Main Street when he was stopped at 10:37pm.
Hegedus' vehicle was missing its left front fender and headlight, according to police, and Hegedus was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol when he was stopped.

Police said that in addition to DUI, Hegedus has also been charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation.
