Missing Man Was Last Seen in Borough, Police Say
Hellertown Police are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Steven P. Lockard, 38, of Allentown. Police say he was last seen in the area of Grist Mill Park on March 28.
An Allentown man who was last seen in the area of Grist Mill Park at about 3pm March 28 has been reported missing.
In a statement issued Tuesday evening, Hellertown Police said Steven P. Lockard, 38, of Allentown, was last seen near the Saucon Creek. At the time, he was wearing a green, long-sleeve t-shirt/sweatshirt, blue jeans and black high-top sneakers, they added.
"Lockard is believed to suffer from a mental disability, however is not perceived as a threat to the public," police Investigator Michael Dattilio said.

He is approximately 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, and has blue eyes and dirty blond hair.
