Obituary: Donald R. Koch, 74, of Leithsville

Donald R. Koch, 74, of Leithsville, Lower Saucon Township, died Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at his residence. He was the husband of Claudia R. (Smith) Koch. He was born in Lower Saucon on Nov. 19, 1937 to the late Robert J. and Stella M. (Amey) Koch. Donald worked for Apollo Metal, Bethlehem for 44 years on the line and shipping until his retirement. He was an avid hunter and member of Lehigh Valley League, Suburban League. He was also a life member of North End, Copeechan and Springtown Rod and Gun Clubs.

Survivors:

In addition to his loving wife of 52 years last July 4; children: Gail M. wife of Peter Larkin of Colchester, Conn., Allen R. and his wife Sherry of Lower Saucon Township, Chad E. and his wife Tonya of Orefield; siblings: Truman R. and his wife Pam of Bethlehem Township, Grace M. wife of John Uninsky of Coopersburg; three grandchildren: Sean and Colin Larkin, and Tiffany Amato.
