Obituary: Eckhard H. Binsau, 62, of Coopersburg

Eckhard H. Binsau, 62, of Coopersburg, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013 at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network, Fountain Hill. He was born in Germany on Feb. 8, 1950 to Martha (Herbst) Binsau of Coopersburg and the late Heinz Binsau. Eckhard was a chef at various restaurants in Florida and Pennsylvania. He was a member of the Beethoven Waldheim. 

SURVIVORS

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children: Genevieve N. Binsau-Richardson of Chalfont, Katja Beh-Forrest of Perkasie, Danika Binsau of Hellertown; and two grandchildren. He was predeceased by Lothar Binsau, who passed away in 1993.
