Obituary: Stephen Geosits, 90, of Hellertown

Stephen Geosits, 90, of Hellertown, died Monday, June 18, 2012 at Blough Healthcare Center, Bethlehem. He was the husband of the late Helen J. (Bartakovics) Geosits (who died April 30, 1998). He was born in Szentpeterfa, Hungary on Feb. 14, 1922 to the late Ference Geosits and Rozalia Geosits. Stephen worked for the former Frank J. Kovacs, General Contractor, Bethlehem as a master carpenter for many years until retiring. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

Survivors:

Siblings: Louis of Allentown, Maria wife of Laszlo Remenyi of Hellertown, Johanna Novak and Paula Jurasits both in Hungary, Anna Kerese of New Brunswick, N.J.; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers: Adolf, Mate and Florian, and a sister, Paula. 

Service:

Family and friends are invited to call from 8:15 to 9:15am Saturday at the , 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Joseph's Church, 416 E. Fifth St., Bethlehem. The interment will conclude services at .
