Part of Load Came Off Isuzu, Struck Car on I-78, Police Say
State police at Belfast say a Duncannon, Pa., man will be cited after a load he was hauling became unsecured and caused an accident on I-78 in Lower Saucon Township.

State police at Belfast say a Duncannon, Pa., man will be cited after the roof on a load he was transporting on Interstate 78 became unsecured and struck another car's hood and passenger side door.
In a news release, police said Preston L. Rathfon, 46, was eastbound in a 2002 Isuzu FTR50 when the accident happened near mile marker 68.1 in Lower Saucon Township.
The other vehicle involved in the accident was a 2012 Honda Accord, according to the release.
No injuries were reported, but Rathfon's vehicle had to be towed from the scene, police said.
He will be cited for "securing loads in vehicles," they added.
Duncannon is in Perry County, northwest of Harrisburg.
