Police: Man Passed Out With Pills Near Rt. 378
Lower Saucon Township Police say Jessie Gilbert, of Springtown Hill Road, was found in the front yard of an address in the 3800 block of Route 378 on Aug. 24. He was allegedly in possession of prescription pills not in his name.
A Lower Saucon man who in April was has been arrested again, according to township police.
In a press release issued Saturday, police said Jessie Gilbert, of the 2200 block of Springtown Hill Road, was picked up Aug. 24 at 11:30am after police received a report of a man passed out in front of 3896 Rt. 378.
"Gilbert (was) found to be intoxicated, with a cut on his forehead, and in possession of prescription pills that were not in his name," police said.

They added that Gilbert was taken to St. Luke's University Hospital for evaluation.
He will be charged with narcotics possession and public drunkenness, police said.
