Police: Toilet Paper, Bottle of Soda Stolen from Township Home
Lower Saucon Township police say an unknown thief stole a six-pack of toilet paper and a bottle of soda from a Silver Creek Road Home on Feb. 9.

Some burglars prefer to steal valuables, while others have more exotic tastes. And whoever broke into a home in the 2400 block of Silver Creek Road on Feb. 9 probably fits the latter description.
That's because, according to Lower Saucon Township police, he (or she) opted to steal only a six-pack of toilet paper and a bottle of soda.
"No other valuables were disturbed," police said in a press release.

A piece of evidence left at the scene--described by authorities as a coat button--is currently being processed for clues, they also indicated.
The button was found near the kitchen window where the thief entered, police said, adding that the break-in happened sometime between 8:10am and 2pm and that the individual or individuals involved appear to have left via the home's back door.
