Rabbit Abandoned in Cage, Police Say

Hellertown Police say they are trying to determine who abandoned a rabbit in a cage at 1072 Main Street.

Police said in a press release that the rabbit was discovered early on the morning of June 12.

"Anyone knowing or having information on who the rabbit belongs to or how it appeared (is) requested to contact the at 610-559-2200," police said.

Police did not describe the rabbit or provide additional details in the press release.
