'RED OUT' Heart Disease Awareness Event Planned
Saucon Valley High School will host a RED OUT to raise awareness of heart disease and support the American Heart Association during the boys varsity basketball game against Palisades on Friday, Feb. 8 at 7pm.

The Friday, Feb. 8 Saucon Valley varsity boys basketball game against Palisades will include a RED OUT, which is an event designed to raise awareness of heart disease, the district has announced.
Game attendees are encouraged to make a $10 donation to support the American Heart Association.
In exchange for that donation, each donor will receive a red "Rock the Beat" t-shirt to wear to the game.

Proceeds raised by the RED OUT will help to advance research and increase education about cardiovascular disease and stroke.
Pre-sale order forms (see attachment) along with cash or checks should be returned to the high school and addressed to the attention of Annika Sundlof or Lauren Binn.

The deadline to place orders for the t-shirts is Jan. 30.
Checks should be made out to the American Heart Association.
