Sanford Alderfer Real Estate Announces the New Hire of Seasoned, Third Generation Realtor, Ryan Godshall

Ryan is a third generation Realtor and a licensed real estate agent since 2005. He sold and assisted in the sales of hundreds of residential, commercial, and farm land properties. In 2005, he was honored as Rookie of the Year with Re/Max and since earned the 100% and Chairman’s Awards. Ryan also received the Philly Magazine’s honorary 5-Star Service Award for 2013, 2014, and 2015. He is a member of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors (MCAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR). Ryan is a Gwynedd Mercy College graduate with a BS Degree in Business.

Ryan will be recruiting and building the Ryan Godshall Team under the SARE umbrella while creating new processes, systems and procedures to give clients an even better experience.
