Saucon Valley to Stage 'Bye Bye Birdie,' Participate in Freddies

For its spring 2014 musical, Saucon Valley High School will stage "Bye Bye Birdie" on Feb. 27-28 and March 1-2, a press release from the Freddy Awards in Easton indicated.

The annual Freddy Awards are awarded for outstanding achievement in local high school musical theater during a lavish ceremony at the State Theatre in Easton.

Thirty-one local high schools—including Saucon Valley—will participate in the awards next year, the press release indicated.
