Verna Mindler Tegyi, 80, of Lower Saucon [Obituary]

Verna Mindler Tegyi, 80, of Lower Saucon Township, died July 7, 2013 in Baltimore, Md. She was the wife of the late Andrew Tegyi. She was born Feb. 4, 1933 in Pottsville to the late Edith M. (Reiss) Mindler and William Mindler. Verna was a seamstress at various textile companies, a great restaurant worker, and caretaker for the late Priscilla Hurd for many years. She was of the Protestant faith, enjoyed Bingo and going to the casino with friends, gardening, sewing, laughing, and being very social. 

SURVIVORS

Sons: Dennis P. (Anna M.) Tegyi of Coopersburg, Dale E. (Dawn M.) Tegyi of Hellertown, Dean E. (Carol J.) Tegyi of Hellertown; sister: Loretta Fair of Hallwood, Va.; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Paul Andrew Tegyi (died April 12, 2004).

SERVICE
